The view was breathtaking and the staff was very polite and welcoming. The selection of food was decent and well-prepared. They offer free drinks and snacks in the lobby and the coffee was on point. Location was great, near the port and easy access to transportation.

The backside of the hotel was terribly dirty and barely maintained. The surroundings were cluttered with messy cooking places.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impressive. We especially appreciated the availability of parking and its easy access. The location of this hotel offered a great view of the port and allowed for fast transportation around the city. The breakfast selection was vast, and the coffee was impeccable. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs.

Located in a bustling area with a great view of the port, making it an ideal location for business travelers. the staff are approachable, accommodating, and provided exceptional service. the rooms and bathrooms are well, maintained, with fast internet, and comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet is highly recommended and well, worth the price, with a variety of Chinese and Western options. the lobby area with free drinks and snacks is a plus.

The immediate surroundings on the hotel's backside are not well, maintained, and areas meant to be for shopping are messy and unclean.

The view from the hotel was really nice, and the rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating for our New Year celebration. They had a small party with some food and drinks which was a nice touch. The location was convenient, as it was near the port and easy to access.

The surrounding area was not very clean, and there were a lot of cooking areas that were quite messy. Some of the dishes at the party were not very good and didn't taste fresh. The price of the dinner was a bit high for what was offered. it was an average experience for a New Year celebration and didn't meet our expectations.

With an amazing view of the port, this hotel offers exceptional service and luxurious amenities. the staff are friendly and attentive, and the room and facilities are clean and comfortable. the internet speed is impressive, which made my stay even better. the breakfast and dinner buffet has a variety of delicious options, and the chefs are always ensuring that the food is fresh and plenty.

Despite the exceptional service, the surroundings at the back of the hotel could be improved. the cooking areas and shopping spots are messy, which can be a minor issue for some guests.
